THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Unrestricted Building Surveyor to join the team. You will play a key role in leading, managing, and delivering a broad range of building surveying services while providing expert advice to clients, authorities, and project teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out statutory certification duties in line with legislation and regulatory requirements
• Lead and manage Class 2–9 projects across commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments
• Provide expert technical advice to clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Undertake inspections, audits, and assessments with accuracy and professionalism
• Contribute to business development and support junior team members through mentoring
• Maintain strong working relationships with councils, government authorities, and clients

ABOUT YOU

• Unrestricted Building Surveyor accreditation (A1)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a building surveying role
• Strong knowledge of BCA/NCC and relevant Acts, regulations, and codes
• Proven ability to manage large-scale and complex projects
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Leadership capability with a collaborative team approach
