THE ROLE
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor/Certifier to join the team. Accreditation is highly regarded but not essential – if you have building surveying experience, we want to hear from you. Working across diverse Class 2–9 projects, you will be responsible for performing inspections, assessments, approvals, and certifications while planning your own workload and collaborating with a dynamic and supportive team.

ABOUT YOU

• Building surveying experience essential (residential or commercial)
• Accreditation in NSW preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and relevant legislation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and deliver innovative solutions for clients
• Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and client service
• TAFE or university qualifications in Building Surveying or Construction Management
• Current driver’s licence
• Open to candidates from residential backgrounds looking to transition into commercial projects
