An exciting opportunity has opened for a HSE Manager – Commercial Projects to join a leading construction business, driving safety and mentoring project teams across commercial projects.

You will lead HSE initiatives, support and mentor project teams, and champion continuous improvement in safety performance.

The Role

As the HSE Manager – Commercial Projects, you will:

  • Mentor and guide project teams to build strong safety leadership and capability.
  • Partner with project teams to embed and improve HSE systems, processes, and reporting.
  • Provide clear safety guidance and support to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver safety reports, presentations, and insights to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HSE practices across commercial projects.

About You
We are seeking an ambitious and energetic HSE professional with:

  • Strong experience in HSE within commercial construction (Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience highly regarded).
  • Proven ability to mentor teams and implement robust safety systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, confident presenting to senior leadership.
  • A professional approach with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams.
  • Cert IV WHS minimum.
