Associate / Discipline Lead - Hydraulic Building Services

An opportunity exists for an experienced Senior or Associate to join a global engineering firm. The successful applicant will enjoy a flexible working environment where they can work from home and the city office.

The applicant will need to demonstrate experience in Hydraulic Building Services Design and able to undertake various projects in terms of brief definition, authority negotiations, advise clients and other professionals and preparation of design documentation for authority approvals and tender purposes.

You would be working in a well established Global Consulting & Engineering practice and be responsible for preparing fire projection design documentation across a range of DC projects.

Ideally you will have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the consulting engineering field.

About the applicant:

5-10 years Hydraulic Building Services Design experience is highly desirable

Ability to liaise with clients, authorities, and contractors

Well developed technical design capabilities

Ability to achieve results

Your responsibilities will include:

Attendance at client/project meetings

Attendance at project and site meetings

Establish and maintain client relationships.

Ensure designs comply with industry and authority regulations.

Preparation of:

Design documentation

Design Calculations

Specifications

RFI Responses

Written project correspondence.

Additionally:
