About the Role

You'll be the go-to person behind the scenes — coordinating communication, managing documentation and ensuring the team are supported and clients have a seamless experience from enquiry to settlement.

Your day-to-day will include:

Liaising with the sales team, clients and other stakeholders

Managing calendars and scheduling client meetings

Preparing presentation materials

Assisting with property data, reporting, and sales administration functions including CRM updates

Supporting the Sales Director and wider team to meet key deadlines

About You

You're proactive, professional, and have a natural talent for organisation and communication.

You'll have:

2+ years' experience in sales support, real estate, or administration

Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills (HubSpot experience ideal)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A collaborative attitude and willingness to take initiative and meet deadlines
