About the role:

This full-time Administration / Sales Support position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the sales and customer service functions. QGA has built a strong reputation for professionalism, teamwork, and reliability and is seeking an individual who shares these qualities to join the team.

Working within a supportive office team, you’ll be responsible for processing sales orders, coordinating freight options, and providing administrative support to ensure every order is delivered with accuracy and care.

Your Responsibilities will include:

Invoice order processing

Receipting credit card payments over the phone

Obtaining and comparing freight quotes

Querying inbound orders that are not clear

Reviewing order processing queue

General admin support

About You – You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have a very high degree of attention to detail and are comfortable with daily order processing activities

Are organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks

Communicate clearly and enjoy being part of a collaborative team

Are comfortable with making phone enquiries with customers to clarify orders if needed.

Bring a professional demeanour and can-do attitude

Have prior administration, customer service, or order processing experience (highly regarded)

The Details:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm (flexible or school hours considered).

$70-80k per year.

Gold Coast office.
