Childcare Centre Desktop is Australia's trusted provider of compliance tools, policies, and resources for the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector since 2010. With over 3,500 services using our platform, we help educators and providers stay up to date, compliant, and confident.

We are seeking a Policy, Resource & Member Support person to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining research, writing, compliance, and customer support in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.

What You'll Do

Keep our resources relevant: Monitor regulation changes, sector trends, and best practice to ensure our policies, procedures, and compliance tools stay current.

Review & update content: Support our monthly policy review cycle and proactively refresh forms, checklists, and guides under the supervision of our Compliance Management Team.

Develop new resources: Draft first versions of new compliance documents, informed by member needs and industry developments.

Support our members: Assist childcare providers with navigating our platform, locating resources, and understanding compliance requirements.

Enhance user experience: Help maintain and improve our website libraries and member communications.

What We're Looking For

Knowledge in early childhood education and care regulations (NQS, National Law, CCS, etc.).

Strong research and writing skills with high attention to detail.

Ability to review and update documents with accuracy and clarity.

Excellent communication skills for supporting members via email and online platforms.

Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage timelines independently.

Tech-savvy and comfortable working with online platforms.

Minimum 5 years of experience working in the ECEC sector.

Available to work 21-25 hours per week for this part-time position.
