About the Role:
We are seeking a permanent part-time Office Administrator to join our team at our Warriewood facility, near Mona Vale, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
This role is central to the smooth running of our office and supporting our manufacturing operations. From handling phones and payroll support to invoicing and keeping the office organised, you’ll take care of the day-to-day administration that keeps our team and business operating efficiently.
This is a stable, long-term position offering variety, responsibility and the opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly team environment.
Hours:
Permanent part time, 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday), with an occasional Tuesday if required. Hours are flexible to suit school times or similar. This position is based in our Warriewood office.

Your duties will include:
Answer incoming phone calls and handle reception duties
Process payroll using our modern payroll system (training provided)
Maintain accurate records in our ERP system, including new job entries, employee details and supporting documentation
Prepare and process customer invoices, receipts, and payments
Follow up on outstanding payments as required
Coordinate despatch of goods
Manage petty cash, mail and general office supplies
Provide general administrative support across the business
About You:
This role will suit a reliable and organised person who enjoys variety and has strong attention to detail. You will be comfortable working independently as the central point for office administration, supporting our team across engineering, production, and management.
Skills and Requirements:
2–3+ years’ experience in office administration or accounts support
Proficient with accounts or ERP software (Accentis, MYOB, Xero, or similar)
Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Professional and friendly manner
Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug & alcohol screening
Must have permanent, unrestricted working rights in Australia
