NSW Timber and Hardware Pty Ltd is a prominent supplier of quality timber, timber products and accessories located in Sydney’s South-West.

Given the needs of the business, we now require a Production Manager to join our busy team. The successful candidate will be required to work out of our premises in Minto, NSW

The duties and responsibilities of the position include:

Assessing the cost, time and labour needs associated with production, taking into consideration output.

Planning maintenance and hours, as well as supply of relevant tools and resources.

Implementing production plans.

Overseeing the production of relevant reports and liasing with other management where needed.

Overseeing workplace health and safety policies.

Undertaking worker performance review and liaising with HR where needed.

Providing senior management with production updates.

Determining costs vs. output and, where needed, determine policies to reduce production costs where needed.

We offer a competitive remuneration of between $75,000 and $80,000 per annum excluding superannuation.

The successful candidate will have the following:

Bachelor degree or higher qualification and two (2) years of full-time relevant work experience; OR

Five (5) years, full-time work experience.

The successful candidate must also be passionate, proactive and have an eye for detail as well as an ability to work with minimal supervision.
