As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Operations Manager to join our Leeton team.

About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and people-focused Site Operations Manager to lead our NSW warehouse and production facility. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll work closely with the current team leaders to ensure operational efficiency, staff engagement, and consistent achievement of KPIs.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be able to work in with your team whenever required — you’ll balance strategic planning with practical problem-solving to keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations and performance.

Work with team leaders to manage and achieve daily targets.

Maintain a strong meeting cadence and clear communication across departments.

Implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards.

Coordinate staffing levels with team leaders and assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management.

Support the flow of orders through production to meet customer deadlines.

Lend a hand wherever needed to keep operations moving.

Foster a positive team culture by organising monthly BBQs and staff engagement activities.

About You

Proven experience in operations or production management, ideally in apparel, manufacturing, or logistics.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.

Practical understanding of Lean principles or continuous improvement practices.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability.
