About the Opportunity:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop, negotiate, and implement exclusive luxury travel products and experiences
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships across hotels, experiences, and destinations
• Identify trends and competitor insights to ensure product differentiation
• Lead contracting, pricing, and market positioning initiatives
• Oversee product content accuracy and internal communication of updates
• Coordinate team training, product familiarisations, and trade engagement activities
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to deliver high-impact product campaigns

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in travel product management or contracting, ideally within the luxury sector
• Deep understanding of the Luxury travel market
• Proven negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen
• Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
• Strategic, creative, and solutions-focused approach
