Pathfinder Recruitment are excited to bring to market a great opportunity for an Account Manager to join a Parramatta based managed services provider (MSP). Working across a broad client base servicing NSW, you will facilitate growth and ultimately the continued success of the business. You will be joining a great team with a supportive work culture, as well and learning and development initiatives. This role will be based on-site.

About you

Ideally you have 3+ years experience in Account Management and a good technical understanding of IT products and services. Expertise in the Microsoft stack will be advantageous. You should be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Building trust with key stakeholders and maintaining client relationships will be critical to your success. Having a good track record of reaching KPIs as well as previous MSP experience is desired.

Key skills

3+ years experience as an Account Manager

Previous experience working in an MSP environment

Strong understanding of IT products and services, particularly Microsoft and cloud services

Ability to collaborate and align strategy, goals and objectives

Manage internal and external stakeholders

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Goal driven, able to take initiative as well as work as part of a team

Key qualifications

Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply

NSW Drivers licence and own car required
