Are you a detail-oriented production expert with hands-on experience in signage manufacturing? Marlee Sign Installations is looking for a Full-Time Production Manager to lead our signage production operations and help bring our clients’ visions to life.

About the Role:

As our Production Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end production of custom signage projects. From vinyl printing to ACM and Acrylic cutting, you'll oversee maintaining quality, efficiency, and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

· Continue to manage the setup, growth and workflow of the production facility

Manage day-to-day signage production workflow

Operate and maintain large-format printing equipment (including HP Printers for vinyl)

Operate our large COLEX cutter for precision cutting

Ensure all signage jobs meet high-quality standards and client specifications

Coordinate with the installation and design teams to ensure timely delivery

Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area

Monitor inventory and order production materials as needed

Train and lead junior production staff

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries.

Proven experience in signage production or a similar manufacturing role

Strong knowledge of signage terminology and production techniques

Hands-on experience with large-format printers and cutting machinery (HP Printers, COLEX cutter preferred)

Ability to manage multiple jobs and meet tight deadlines

Strong communication skills

Strong organizational and leadership skills

A problem-solver with great attention to detail

A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
