Are you a natural leader who thrives on building relationships, driving growth, and delivering outstanding guest experiences? As a Holiday Manager at Alloggio, you'll oversee a thriving holiday portfolio in beautiful Kingscliff, New South Wales, ensuring both guests and property owners enjoy exceptional service and results.
You'll manage owner relationships, property presentation, traveller experience (arrivals, departures, inspections), housekeeping coordination, and maintenance oversight — all while keeping an eye on commercial performance and growth.
We're looking for someone with energy, motivation, and a mature, collaborative approach — someone who inspires others and delivers real results.
What You'll Do
Lead and support your local team while partnering with Alloggio's central support teams.
Drive growth by sourcing, onboarding, and retaining quality holiday properties.
Build strong community and industry relationships, becoming the trusted local face of Alloggio.
Work closely with pricing and distribution teams to optimise revenue opportunities.
Streamline operations to improve efficiency and profitability.
Ensure listings are always at their best across all booking platforms.
Deliver superior experiences for both owners and guests.
What You'll Bring
Experience managing accommodation assets (e.g. hotels, motels, STRA properties, or holiday rentals).
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing revenue or portfolio size.
Mid-level commercial experience with demonstrated success in revenue growth or portfolio expansion.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Problem-solving ability, time management, and an ambitious growth mindset.
Confidence working with property management systems (e.g. RMS, Guesty, Hirum, Zoho, Xero, etc.).
A Real Estate Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) is desirable.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
