We are the largest property management team in the area working on permanent managements, holidays and commercial. We have all the best systems in town and invest heavily in what helps our team. Our Principal cares about property management and backs the team with support and training.

This is a position within our holiday management team managing your own portfolio of properties. The position is based out of our Nelson Bay office and involves a five day work week including Saturday once a month.

Qualifications & experience

Must have recent property management or customer care experience

Current licence or assistant agents licence required

Drivers licence essential

Strong computer & communication skills

Tasks & responsibilities

Communication with portfolio of owners

Routine inspections & maintenance

Managing guest expereince

Monitoring & replying to reviews
