Restaurant Manager – Hecho en Mexico, Crows Nest

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Hecho en Mexico, Crows Nest – perfect for someone who lives and breathes hospitality and thrives in a leadership role.

As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll take charge of daily operations, inspire and grow the team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage both floor and kitchen teams, while also driving efficiency, profitability, and service excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Lead daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing.

Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Recruit, train, roster, and motivate staff to achieve results.

Ensure food quality and service consistently meet brand standards.

Manage customer feedback with professionalism and care.

Oversee stock levels, supplier relationships, and inventory control.

Monitor costs, sales, and performance to maximize profitability.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.

Report directly to the owner on performance and outcomes.

Implement strategies to boost service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership and restaurant management experience.

Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Solid knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and reporting.

Strong understanding of food safety and licensing standards.

Ability to problem-solve and manage conflict effectively.

Calm under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Experience in training, mentoring, and motivating teams.

Attention to detail with a passion for quality and consistency.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
