We're looking for a smart, motivated individual to join a newly created Assistant Accountant role. This is more than just a transnational position - it's a launchpad for someone who wants to gain broad exposure across finance functions and grow into a wider accounting career. You'll play a key role in supporting the development of the finance team while taking ownership of day-to-day accounting tasks.

Description

You'll be hands-on with the core finance operations, helping us build a strong foundation for the future. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable from start to finish
• Performing bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and currencies
• Posting journal entries accurately and efficiently
• Supporting the month-end close process with reporting and analysis
• Collaborating with local and international teams to solve problems and improve processes
• Bonus) Assist with payroll processing when required

Profile

We're after someone who's not just technically capable, but also adaptable, curious, and ready to grow. You'll thrive in this role if you:

Have experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries

Are confident working with multiple currencies and complex datasets

Have strong Excel skills, including working with add-ins and manual processes

Are comfortable navigating multiple systems and reporting tools

Can problem-solve and work independently with tricky datasets

(Bonus) Have experience with payroll processing
