About the Role
As our Assistant Accountant, you will work closely with the Group Accountant to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting balance sheet reconciliations, cashflow reporting, and bank account reconciliations
• Assisting with month-end processes, reporting, and statutory compliance across international entities
• Partnering with logistics and operations teams to drive financial performance
• Supporting lease accounting, freight accruals, and ad hoc finance projects

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
• 2+ years’ experience in finance or accounting roles, ideally in larger or complex businesses
• Strong technical Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
