We are currently looking for an Operations Administration Officer to join our team and like the rest of us… make a difference.
Responsibilities:
As a WFR Operations Administration Officer your role responsibilities will include:
§ Business Operations Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services
§ Pre-Employment Medicals: Scheduling and management of pre-employment medicals for WFR clients
§ Business Functions support: Provide support to Product Design, Training and Marketing Teams
§ Document & Data Management: Maintain accurate HR and Operational records
§ Procurement & Stock Control: Conduct purchasing activities and support stock level monitoring
§ Project & Staff Equipment Management: Assist in scheduling of equipment to support operational efficiencies
§ HR & Compliance Support: Assist with the administration of HR processes such as employee onboarding
§ Office Management: Complete general admin tasks, reception duties, meeting coordination, and office upkeep
The Role:
§ Permanent Part-Time position (3-4 days per week)
§ Flexible / variable working hours may be required on occasions
§ WFR offices are based in the lovely South Perth area. Includes full access to secure parking
Skills and Experience:
§ Certificate IV in Business Administration (minimum requirement)
§ Previous experience in an Administration role working with MS Office suite of tools is essential
§ You are a confident communicator who enjoys working with clients and within a diverse and authentic team
§ Accuracy and attention to detail are essential attributes with strong computer literacy skills
§ Above all, we’re looking for a friendly, engaging, self-driven and passionate individual who is keen to grow and expand their skillset, experience, and ultimately, their career
