We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Services Coordinator to support the efficient delivery of office and facilities operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that the workplace environment is safe, functional, and aligned with organisational needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of office services activities, including space allocation, office moves, facilities management, security and access control, telecommunications, travel coordination, mail and courier operations, and procurement of office supplies and equipment. You will apply your strong organisational and problem-solving skills to anticipate and address operational requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and perform daily office services functions, including facilities operations, renovations, space management, and general administrative support
Facilitate office moves, leasehold improvements, and workplace projects
Oversee mail, messenger, courier, and travel services
Manage office supply procurement and inventory control
Monitor and maintain schedules, records, and operational logs
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency
Stay informed of advancements in relevant systems, equipment, and technology
Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders regarding office operations
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in office services, facilities management, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage schedules effectively
