We are seeking an experienced part-time Office Administrator to join our team at Artisan Foods' in Osborne Park.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
We are a food and drink distributor to the food industry - chefs, caterers, cafes and independent retailers. We are 15 years old, operating solely throughout Western Australia and have built our reputation on a commitment to quality products and 100% customer service.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Data entry of orders into our MYOB system
Liaise with the warehouse regarding orders and products
Provide excellent customer service to both over the phone customers and walk ins
Assist with the coordination of office activities
Manage and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
Manage and maintain office equipment, supplies, and inventory
We are looking for someone with 1-2 years experience in an office role who has great organisational and multitasking skills who focus on accuracy and fantastic communication and customer service skills.
Monday to Friday
6:30am to 1:30pm
35 hours per week
$28-31 per hour plus superannuation
