An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly motivated Business support Administrator to join our team at Imperial Kitchens, one of Queensland's largest, privately-owned custom joinery businesses. Full time, Immediate Start!

Reporting to the Office Manager, your primary focus will be on supporting the operational needs of the company and various departments to deliver the highest quality of service to our customers. Interacting directly with our customers you'll need to maintain a high level of customer service along with being team orientated working closely with our drafters, contractors, workshop, project managers, designers and scheduling.

To be successful in this role you will ideally possess;

Excellent Written and verbal communication skills

Customer service experience within a similar industry, understanding of contract management highly desirable

Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously are necessary attributes

Relevant administration skills and demonstrated experience

Proficient in MS Office suite, Intermediate MYOB experience an advantage

Professional, upbeat and energetic demeanor with good presentation

A friendly disposition, initiative, can do attitude and ability to multitask

Knowledge of the Building & Construction industry

This role requires someone who has initiative and drive, able to self-manage their workload and work outside of the box to assist any member of the team. The desired applicant will be organised with good time management skills and proactive!
