About The Role:
We are excited to welcome a full-time Administration Officer to our Bundaberg office, where you'll be an integral part of our Central Queensland team. Working Monday to Friday, you'll provide essential and high-quality support to our Youth, Families & Communities, Allied Health and Disability divisions. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations by coordinating administrative processes, supporting staff, and delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
You will play a key role in maintaining professional front-of-office operations, supporting the coordination of regional activities, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:
Provide efficient administrative and reception support, managing daily office operations and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and a professional, well-functioning workspace.
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and emails, delivering excellent customer service to clients, staff, and stakeholders.
Manage reception duties, including mail, deliveries, and coordination of appointments and communications.
Schedule and support meetings, appointments, and regional events, including preparing agendas and minutes.
Maintain accurate staff and client records, databases, and documentation to ensure compliance and confidentiality.
Assist managers with timesheets, rosters, training records, and other administrative support as required.
Support the implementation and improvement of corporate systems, policies, and administrative processes.
Liaise effectively with Service Delivery, Corporate Services, and Leadership teams to support organisational objectives.
Prepare and distribute communications, reports, and documentation, and provide general administrative support as needed.

$65,000 per annum plus super

Qualifications/Requirements:
2+ years' experience in administration or reception roles, preferably in community services, child safety, health, or disability sectors.
Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent experience (desirable)
Knowledge of NDIS, Child Safety or Allied Health service environments (desirable).
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
Current Australian driver’s licence (Open or P2) and ability to travel within the Bundaberg area if needed
Working with Children Check (blue card) or able to obtain
NDIS Working Screening check (yellow card) or able to obtain
Satisfactory national police check or able to obtain
Satisfactory LCS check or able to obtain
