Medical Receptionist (Part-Time: 15-20 hours/week) + Annual Leave coverage (currently end February/beginning of March for 2 weeks full time)

We are a modern multidisciplinary clinic located in Kelvin Grove, offering specialist Sports & Exercise Medicine and Allied Health services. These roles are ideal for individuals passionate about patient care and looking to grow within a supportive clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prompt and accurate data entry and medical typing (including reports)

Managing confidential patient records and correspondence

Scheduling and triaging patient appointments

Billing and processing Medicare/private accounts & Hicaps

Liaising with Pathology, Radiology, GPs, Specialists, and Allied Health providers

Document management and filing

Assist with dictations

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 12 months experience in a medical, allied health or specialist practice

Experience with Genie or Gentu & Nookal software (or similar)

High attention to detail.

Outstanding communication and a warm, professional phone manner

Excellent personal presentation and customer service skills

Ability to prioritise and multitask

Integrity, reliability, and a strong team spirit

Enthusiastic and eager to learn

Professional, friendly, and approachable

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

A genuine interest in the health industry

Reliable and team-oriented
