We do health differently. At GO2 Health, we're a community of passionate healthcare professionals supporting over 1,700 patients each week through connected care.

Led by practicing clinicians Rod and Kieran, we've built a purpose-designed healthcare hub in Everton Park, QLD, where general practitioners, specialists, nurses and allied health professionals across 10 modalities work together under one roof.

We specialise in veteran care and have exciting plans to expand our tailored healthcare solutions across Australia. The role:

As our Medical Receptionist, you're more than just the first face our patients see – you're at the heart of our patient experience. In this part-time role, you'll set the tone for their healthcare journey while skilfully managing a busy front desk in our fast-paced, high-energy clinic.

Experience in customer service that shows in your genuine commitment to providing a positive patient experience

A proven ability to manage IT systems, CRM software and patient accounts using Tyro, HICAPS, Medicare, DVA, Workcover and private invoicing

A calm demeanour alongside the ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly in a changing and fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Outstanding organisational and multi-tasking skills to keep the clinic running smoothly

Previous medical reception experience is desirable, but we value the right attitude above all
