We’re partnering with a leading national manufacturing organisation who are looking for an experienced allied health professional to take charge of WHS strategy, injury management, and compliance across four key NSW sites.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your injury management expertise with your ability to coach, support and influence stakeholders—ensuring people stay safe, risk is managed, and claims are handled with care and professionalism.

The Role:

• Providing on-the-ground WHS support, coaching, and guidance
• Managing incident investigations and ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and standards
• Overseeing workers' compensation, wage insurance, and income protection claims
• Leading injury management and return-to-work coordination activities
• Driving internal audits, ISO certification processes, and system improvement

About You:

• Proven experience in Injury Management across operational environments (e.g. manufacturing, logistics, warehousing)
• Cert IV in Health and Safety
• Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation and return-to-work legislation in NSW
• Experience managing serious incidents and regulatory reporting
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, coaching, and influencing skills
• Formal qualifications in WHS and RTW Coordination (NSW RTWC Certification ideal)
