Great opportunity for a Senior Property/Management Accountant to step up

$130k - $140k + Super + Bonus

This highly successful Top 100 ASX listed property fund manager has a diversified asset base and is constantly growing its holdings. As part of this growth they are looking for a Finance Manager to join their property accounting team and be part of their innovative, collaborative culture.

Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

Mentoring and working closely with the Property Accounting team

Preparing monthly management reports and variance analysis

Signing off monthly balance sheet reconciliations & bank reconciliations

Assisting with the annual budgeting process

Monthly forecasting

Preparation of outgoings reconciliations for your allocated portfolio as well as managing the relationship with the external vendor

Planning and delivering quarterly, half-yearly and annual reporting requirements to the funds

Reviewing and analysing property management fees

You will be CA/CPA qualified or studying, with 7+ years total Finance and Accounting experience including:

3+ years' experience as a Senior Property Accountant or a Senior Management Accountant in a large complex business

Strong management reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills

Excellent business partnering and leadership capabilities

Be highly adaptable and enjoy change

Excellent communication skills
