KeyMoves are partnering with a growing boutique accounting firm in Sydney’s CBD that is looking for a Business Services Supervisor to join their team. They offer hybrid working options and a competitive salary package. You would report to an ex-Big 4 Partner and supervise two junior accountants.

Responsibilities

Delegate and supervise junior staff

Preparation and review of complex financial statements

Preparing management accounting reports for review

Reviewing tax and FBT returns and identifying non-compliance issues from them

Providing business advisory services and tax planning advice for clients

Requirements

CA/CPA/CTA qualified

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

Strong understanding of corporate structures (e.g. trust, companies and partnerships)

Bachelor of Accounting, Commerce, Finance or Business, ideally with a Major in Accounting

5 years + experience working within a boutique, Big 4 and or Mid-Tier accounting firm in Australia

Experience in delegation and reviewing junior team members
