As a Site Supervisor with TSA Civil Group, you’ll manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification. This hands-on leadership role is key to maintaining smooth site delivery, strong communication and high-performance standards.

We’re looking for a proactive leader who takes pride in quality outcomes, drives teamwork and supports a strong safety culture.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily site operations, managing crews, subcontractors and resources.

Plan and deliver works in line with project schedules and specifications.

Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and site safety briefings.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards (ISO 45001, 9001 & 14001).

Liaise with Project Managers and Engineers to coordinate progress and resolve issues.

Maintain accurate site records, daily diaries and reporting.

What You’ll Bring

Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision or equivalent experience.

Experience supervising civil construction works.

Strong knowledge of site practices, safety standards and compliance requirements.

Proven ability to lead, motivate and coordinate site teams.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

White Card (essential); other relevant tickets highly regarded.
