As a Site Engineer with TSA Civil Group, you’ll play a hands-on role coordinating on-site construction activities and ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to specification. You’ll bridge technical design with practical delivery — driving quality, productivity and compliance across all phases of work.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate day-to-day site operations across multiple civil projects.

Support supervisors and field crews to deliver works safely and efficiently.

Implement design and quality requirements in line with project documentation.

Liaise with engineers, clients, and stakeholders to maintain progress.

Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and quality control checks.

Monitor budgets, schedules and ensure compliance with ISO 45001, 9001 & 14001.

What You’ll Bring

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Experience in civil construction, including site supervision.

Strong technical understanding and leadership capability.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Sound knowledge of OH&S and quality systems.

White Card (required); additional tickets highly regarded.
