We’re recruiting for an Indigenous Site Supervisor / Leading Hand to join a full-time, permanent role with a tier one contractor. The role is based in regional Victoria in Bandiana, about a 3.5 hours’ drive from Melbourne.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Run toolbox/pre-starts and keep the site safe
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, plant and materials
• Keep daily/weekly plans and site records up to date
• Check work meets quality and environmental requirements
• Assist with inductions and deliveries

Skills and Requirements

• Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage (this is an Identified Role)
• Trade qualification with civil / construction experience preferably
• Based in Bandiana, VIC or willing to relocate
