Greener Visions Landscapes are on the hunt for an experienced landscape site supervisor in the high end residential space.

Greener Visions is an award winning and leading landscape construction company based in Fairfield Victoria and are working with leading designers constructing exciting projects all over Melbourne with work booked well into late 2026.

Earn $45 -$50 per hour pending experience

We’re careful about who we hire. We have to be to maintain our team culture. Here’s what we’d like to see from you:

Qualified landscaper with experience in running small teams of 3-4 staff and sub contractors

The ability to understand and interpret landscape plans and specifications

Experience in all hard works: paving, brick/ block work, concreting, retaining walls, timber structures, excavator experience

Experience in all soft works: garden bed preparation, planting, irrigation, low voltage garden lighting, minor steel works, lawn installations

Team player with good communication skills

Hold a current Australian drivers License and a own a working vehicle

To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
