Job Description: Connelly Construction Services are on the lookout for an experienced Commercial Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects from start to finish in Wangaratta. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site.

Coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to ensure smooth workflow.

Enforce safety guidelines and company standards.

Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on time.

Deliver on project estimates, budgets, and work schedules.

Resolve onsite conflicts and handle emergencies.

Maintain detailed and accurate site reports and documentation.

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience as a Commercial Site Supervisor or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and site management.

Preferred: Trade qualification in carpentry.

Great communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well within a team and also independently.

Proficiency in MS Office and relevant construction software.
