Nexus Civil Pty Ltd is a growing, family-owned civil construction company dedicated to improving local communities through high-quality infrastructure projects. The Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman/Supervisor to join our expanding team. If you have at least three years’ experience leading crews on subdivisions and local council projects involving road reconstruction, concreting, asphalt, and drainage works — we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on leadership and supervision to the construction team.

Coordinate daily site operations to ensure efficiency, quality and safety.

Mentor and guide team members in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Work closely with project managers to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety at all times.

Use strong communication and organisational skills to manage project delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Civil Foreman with hands-on site involvement.

Sound knowledge of civil construction, including roads, drainage, roundabouts and services.

Valid plant operating tickets and White Card (required).

Excavator operator experience is highly regarded.

Desirable: Plant and/or HV licences and experience.
