About the Role

As a Sales Consultant at Fix My Credit, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients looking to take control of their finances. You’ll handle inbound and outbound phone sales, build relationships, and guide clients through our credit repair process.

We provide full training, ongoing support, and a clear path to success. So if you’re motivated, confident on the phone, and driven to earn, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

Making outbound and inbound calls to warm leads - NO COLD CALLING. All leads are provided by finance brokers with clients they just declined for finance due to bad credit - these leads are motivated for credit repair and ready to go!

Explaining credit repair solutions and signing up new clients.

Managing your pipeline and following up consistently.

Working towards achievable weekly and monthly sales targets.

Delivering excellent customer service that builds trust and long-term relationships.

What You’ll Need

ABN required (contractor position).

Own laptop and reliable internet connection.

Phone sales experience is mandatory.

Confidence, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in credit repair or financial services is highly regarded, but full training is provided.
