Hotondo Homes Mackay is a trusted family-owned builder known for delivering quality homes and exceptional customer experiences. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused New Home Sales Consultant to join our friendly team.
About the Role
As a New Home Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients looking to build their new home. You’ll guide them through the exciting process from the initial enquiry and design discussions to helping them understand inclusions, timelines, and budgets.
Your role will involve:
Meeting and building rapport with prospective clients
Understanding client needs and recommending suitable home designs
Following up leads and managing client communication
Liaising with the builder and admin team to ensure a smooth client experience
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Passionate about helping people achieve their dream home
Confident, personable, and professional in communication
Organised and detail-oriented
Motivated by results and capable of working autonomously
Experienced in new home sales, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
