$60K - $80K Base + Commission

Are you a proven sales professional with a passion for luxury custom homes? Join a growing, values‑driven builder specialising in bespoke residential, infill and multi‑unit projects. This isn’t a volume home sales role — you’ll guide clients from initial enquiry through design, selections and contract signing for truly personalised homes.

What’s on offer:

Lead sales in a prime Sunshine Coast territory (Hervey Bay to south)

Flexible remuneration: Choose a higher base and lower % commission, or back yourself even more and choose a lower base and higher % commission

High earnings potential: Top consultants currently earning ~$340 k per annum

Work out of a high‑traffic display home (weekends included) plus office support

You’ll excel in this role if you:

Have strong experience selling custom residential homes (luxury, architect‑led, not typical volume builds)

Can lead consultative sales conversations and build trusted client relationships

Understand the custom build process (materials, finishes, site logistics, design‑choices)

Are confident negotiating contracts and guiding clients through complexity

Hold a current driver’s licence and are willing to work weekends
