Join a leading home builder as a New Home Sales Consultant based in the Sunshine Coast or Moreton Bay region. You’ll take ownership of your own display home, with no competing consultants and plenty of opportunity to shine.

Work under an approachable, supportive Sales Manager and benefit from the builder’s strong marketing presence - generating high enquiry levels and excellent foot traffic through the display each day.

The role will involve:

• Representing a trusted brand, greeting customers & finding a design to match their expectations
• Managing a high volume of leads, qualifying information, and consistently hitting targets
• Presenting tenders to clients and walking them through any queries they have
• Maintain an up to date database and documentation for all sales

What you need

• Strong experience and longevity working for a home builder & selling new homes (in a Display Village environment)
• Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
• Ability to work autonomously & within a team
• Strong administrative skills - working with contracts, housing plans and council requirements

The Benefits

• Work in a Brand New Display Home as the sole consultant.
• Salary of up to $75K + super + 2% comms
• Comms paid on 50% contract signed & 50% at deposit.
• Potential to earn $250k+ annually
