Solar Sales Consultant – Base + Commission (OTE $180,000–$200,000+)

The Role:
We’re looking for motivated solar sales consultants to join our expanding team across SEQ, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast.

You’ll be running warm, pre qualified appointments booked daily by our in house call centre. Your role is to meet homeowners face to face, understand their energy goals, and design tailored solar and battery solutions that make sense financially and practically.

We don’t micromanage, we’re after self driven sales professionals who take pride in their craft, manage their own time effectively, and deliver consistent results.

What’s On Offer:

Base salary for the first 3 months to help you ramp confidently (then transition to full commission)

High earning commission structure with uncapped potential - OTE $150,000–$200,000+

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of solar sales experience (essential)

Proven face to face closing ability - ideally a 25%+ current close rate

Excellent communication and rapport building skills

Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven by results

Confident, professional presentation and strong in home presence

Must have a working laptop, a reliable car, and a current driver’s licence
