Workdays: Saturday – Wednesday (mandatory)

About the Role

As a New Home Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of Arcadia Homes — guiding clients from their first enquiry through to the contract stage.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and guiding clients through the exciting new home building journey

Showcasing our beautifully designed homes and premium inclusions

Building genuine, lasting relationships with customers

Matching clients with designs that suit their lifestyle and budget

Collaborating with our design and construction teams to ensure a seamless client experience

What We’re Looking For

We’re after a confident, professional, and customer-focused sales consultant who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar new home sales role (essential)

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Highly self-motivated and passionate about the home-building industry
