The Opportunity:
We're looking for 1 closer who can convert our warm leads into booked moves.

This is NOT a customer service role. This is a performance-based closing position where your income is directly tied to your ability to persuade and close.

Here's the deal:

Base salary just enough to cover your essentials

Weekly commission (5-7% of revenue) - paid every Friday (total com - base)

Daily bonuses for hitting targets (paid same day)

Warm leads provided - no cold calling ever

Full training on our systems and sales process

We're looking for someone who:

Can handle 50+ calls per day

Thrives on competition and winning

Doesn't need hand-holding

Understands that "no" just means "not yet"

Wants to earn $2,000 - $3,500 + per week consistently

The Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

Proven track record of closing over the phone

Resilient mindset - you bounce back from rejection quickly

Coachable but confident in your abilities

Available for full-time hours (including some weekends)

What Success Looks Like:

Week 1: Learn our system and start closing

Month 1: Consistently earning $1,500+/week

Month 3: Clearing $2,500+/week regularly
