As the Operations Manager / Office Manager, you’ll be the operational force behind a high-performing team. You’ll oversee systems, structure, and service delivery to ensure every campaign runs seamlessly, every client feels valued, and every team member is supported to perform at their best. Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate the smooth running of office operations and daily procedures
• Manage administration, compliance, and property documentation
• Support agents and sales teams with scheduling, reporting, and client communication
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and marketing partners to deliver polished campaigns
• Maintain and update CRM systems, databases, and marketing materials
• Assist with onboarding new staff and managing key office resources
• Provide executive-level support to senior leadership where required
About You
• Proven experience in operations, office management, or executive support within real estate or a similar professional setting (Certificate or Licence required)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms
• Professional presentation and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
