Our Client
Our client is one of Sydney's leading independent Real Estate Agencies with multiple offices in the North West / Hills suburbs of Sydney. They are highly regarded for their modern approach, their high-performance / award-winning results and their vibrant corporate culture.
The Role
Coming about due to the current GM shifting into another role within the business, this role will see you bring your experience to the table, with some fresh ideas on how to drive the business forward. Supported by an experienced HR & Compliance Manager, this role will see you responsible for:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all Divisions of the Company
- Manage Leadership team accountability, including weekly catch-ups and following up on deliverables
- Ongoing monitoring of business performance vs objectives
- Alongside Accounts, oversee company expenditure, forecasting, Audits etc
- Facilities management, including all equipment, repairs or refurbishments
- Support with recruitment strategy and onboarding
- Organise events, annual Awards and bi-annual CPD training
Specific requirements
To be successful in this role you will be coming from a similar Office Manager, Operations or GM role within Real Estate.
- A Real Estate Certificate or License is preferred (not essential)
- Have a car & driver's License (to move between offices if needed. Not required daily)
- Ideally local area knowledge and live within a comfortable commute
