Oversee a mixed portfolio of retail, commercial, and shopping center assets. Lead and mentor the property management team, supported by junior staff and a trust accountant. Manage leases, repairs, compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Manage repairs and liaison with strata
• Manage lease options, key dates and make good obligations
• Act as the go to for the centre managers and junior staff
• management of critical dates across the portfolio
• Arrears and budget management
• Mange compliance fire safety, tenant insurance etc
• Carry out inspections to maintain property standards

Experience required:

• Class 2 Real Estate License
• Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act
• Experience managing retail and commercial assets
• Leadership and mentoring ability
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Valid drivers license and reliable car
