As Senior Finance Manager, you’ll play a hands-on, end-to-end role across financial control, commercial finance, and strategic decision support. You’ll lead a capable finance team, drive process improvement, enhance reporting capability, and deliver insights that shape key investment and development decisions. This isn’t a “keep the lights on” role, it’s for someone who wants to be in the thick of the action, influencing outcomes and setting the business up for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and statutory compliance;
• Partner with the CFO to drive performance, profitability and capital efficiency across multiple projects and entities;
• Lead, mentor and develop a small but high-impact finance team;
• Streamline systems and processes to improve accuracy, insight, and decision-making speed;
• Provide commercial analysis and business cases to support acquisitions, developments and investment opportunities; and
• Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, lenders and joint venture partners.

About You:

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with solid post-qualification experience;
• Proven success in a senior finance role within real estate, property development or a similarly complex industry;
• Strong commercial acumen with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders;
• Hands-on and detail-oriented, but equally comfortable operating strategically; and
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and energised by the prospect of long-term progression to CFO.
