your role
- Assisting with the daily operations of commercial property management, including lease administration and tenant communication.
- Coordinating maintenance requests, vendor management, and property inspections.
- Preparing and maintaining property reports, budgets, and financial documentation.
- Supporting accounts payable and receivable processes, reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and property policies.
your advantage
- Previous experience in real estate or property administration or accounts is a must
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency with property management systems and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
