We're expanding our operations team and seeking organised and detail-oriented Senior Administration Support for our high-performing Acquisitions team.

The Opportunity

This is more than just an admin role - it's your pathway into property acquisitions should you wish to explore this opportunity. You'll work directly alongside our Acquisitions Managers, gaining hands-on experience in builder and developer relationships while managing critical business operations.

Your Role

Working across both Accrue Real Estate and Select Project Marketing, you will:

Facilitate and liaise with builders and developers on behalf of the Acquisitions team

Manage contract preparation, documentation, and compliance

Maintain and update property stock lists and inventory in Salesforce

Coordinate meetings, communications, and follow-ups with key stakeholders

Prepare reports and presentations for senior management

Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed

Support the Acquisitions team with administrative and operational tasks

Manage correspondence and communications with internal and external partners

What You'll Bring

Essential:

3+ years administration or coordination experience

Salesforce experience (basic user level minimum)

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Professional approach to stakeholder management

Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Desirable:

Property industry experience

Understanding of real estate contracts and documentation

Experience liaising with developers, builders, or vendors

CRM management experience
