Working directly for the Landlord, this is an excellent opportunity to work close to home, with a great team. Providing essential support for the Property Team, this newly created position will work directly with the Owners and Administration Team to support the property, finance and legal side of the business. Helping to ensure the portfolio is compliant with up to date procedures in place, will also form part of this role.

The company's portfolio is made up of office and retail predominantly and is focused around the Bayside area as well as Melbourne's CBD.

As Commercial Administrator, you will help oversee a very clean and well looked after portfolio with long standing tenants. The portfolio is in an excellent state and very manageable. Site visits as well assisting the legal and finance teams will all form part of this role.

This position is offered on a part time basis - ideally 3 days per week and will offer plenty of variety.

The office is based around the Cheltenham area and the ideal candidate will come from a commercial or residential property background, with a sound head for finance and legalities in relation to property.

Displaying exemplary written and verbal communication skills will ensure your success in this role.
