We’re looking for someone who values accuracy, reliability, and teamwork. This role suits a detail-oriented professional who enjoys balancing multiple tasks and working closely with others to maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and issue building and occupancy permits, certificates of final inspection, and related documents.
· Manage MYOB entries, invoicing, reconciliations, and job set-ups.
· Reconcile receipts against expenditure and support payroll processes.
· Coordinate inspection bookings and maintain accurate project records.
· Support compliance and audit preparation, including ISO 9001 and local industry reporting.
· Provide administrative support during periods of high workload or staff leave.
What You’ll Bring
• 3–5 years’ experience providing combined accounts and administrative support.
• Qualification in Business, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MYOB, the Microsoft Office suite, and document management systems, with experience using Permit Assist or VA considered an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to prioritising work.
• Clear, professional communication and a collaborative mindset.
