We’re growing fast and we’re looking for a detail driven, proactive Operations Coordinator to join our Adelaide team and take ownership of supporting a large South Australian logistics contract.

About the Role

Reporting to the Depot Supervisor, you’ll be the central point of contact for day-to-day operational and contract requirements. Your role ensures commitments for this significant contract are met on time and to a high standard, while also supporting the Adelaide depot with daily operations to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate and support daily operations linked to the contract

Monitor asset movements, documentation, and maintenance schedules

Liaise with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure seamless depot operations

Maintain depot data, safety compliance, and reporting accuracy

Assist with maintenance and repair (M&R) scheduling and requirements

What You’ll Bring

Strong coordination and administration skills

Proven experience in logistics, transport, or depot operations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with new systems

A strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service

Special Conditions:

A current driver’s licence is essential

Some out of hours work may be required
